Empowering seniors to benefit the younger generations
We connect older adults to volunteering and mentoring activities that benefit the younger generations. This achieves three goals:
- it fosters intergenerational exchange by breaking generational silos
- it benefits younger generations who profit from older people’s experience and perspectives
- it benefits older people increasing their sense of mattering to the community and creating new connections.
