Retirement is an opportunity. This is the vision promoted by the Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension scheme.
This vision is confirmed by the Agirc-Arrco Happy Ageing Index survey conducted among 1,009 French people aged 45 and over, interviewed online from June 19 to July 7, 2023.
Analyzing the challenges of happy ageing and understanding the factors that enable our seniors to thrive in retirement, at home, connected with their surroundings, or through a balanced lifestyle, is essential to establish a service offer that meets these needs.
This panel discussion will be an opportunity to present the Happy Ageing Barometer and to cross-reference the study’s items with the Agirc-Arrco support and prevention services offer, particularly those that help maintain intergenerational connections at home and in institutions.
