L\u2019association \u00ab COLOC GRAN MOUN & HANDI COLOC \u00bb propose de la colocation assist\u00e9e entre personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et personnes en situation d\u2019handicap au sein des logements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette action sociale est un dispositif qui rentre dans le cadre de \u00ab l\u2019habitat inclusif \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous coordonnons des prestations de qualit\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9es \u00e0 nos b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et une prise en charge m\u00e9dicale compl\u00e8te gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe pluriprofessionnelle (AMP, AVS, Aide-soignante, Infirmi\u00e8re, kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute\u2026). Celle-ci est impliqu\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sente 7j\/7 et 24h\/24. Nous contactons des bailleurs (agences immobili\u00e8res ou propri\u00e9taires particuliers) afin de leur proposer une collaboration pour permettre la colocation de seniors en perte d\u2019autonomie ou pas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du contrat entre les 2 parties, l\u2019association signe \u00e9galement une convention tripartite avec : \u2013 Le bailleur \u2013 Le colocataire <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous mettons \u00e9galement en place une convention avec des SAAD ayant leur agr\u00e9ment reconnu par leur d\u00e9partement respectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The association \u201cCOLOC GRAN MOUN & HANDI COLOC\u201d offers assisted shared housing between older adults and people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This social initiative is part of the \u201cinclusive housing\u201d framework. The association coordinates personalized, high-quality support and comprehensive medical care through its multidisciplinary team (care assistants, nursing aides, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.), available 24\/7. It works with landlords, real estate agencies, and private owners to establish partnerships that make shared housing possible for seniors, whether or not they are experiencing a loss of autonomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a rental contract is established, a tripartite agreement is signed between the landlord, the tenant, and the association. Additionally, the association sets up agreements with authorized home care services (SAAD) recognized by their respective departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
