Elle accompagne la mobilisation de jeunes aupr\u00e8s des seniors en \u00e9tablissement comme \u00e0 domicile, afin de lutter contre l\u2019isolement, favoriser l\u2019autonomie, et le bien-\u00eatre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle permet aux \u00e9tablissements et structures publiques et associatives qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de : <br>\u2013 Dynamiser le projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement et les \u00e9quipes <br>\u2013 Am\u00e9liorer le quotidien des r\u00e9sidents et le maintien de l\u2019autonomie par le lien social <br>\u2013 Faire d\u00e9couvrir concr\u00e8tement \u00e0 des jeunes du territoire le secteur du grand-\u00e2ge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" src=\"https:\/\/silvereco.org\/doc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-83.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45142\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Service Civique Solidarit\u00e9 Seniors initiative was launched in 2021 by the French Ministries of Autonomy and Youth, in collaboration with key ageing-sector stakeholders and with the support of Agirc-Arrco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It engages young people to support seniors both in care facilities and at home, helping to combat isolation, promote autonomy, and enhance wellbeing.
