En tant qu\u2019organisme de formation, nous avons construit une offre de formation \u00ab salari\u00e9s proche aidants \u00bb gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019expertise de 3 acteurs (OCIRP, Institut4.10 et REVERTO) qui vise \u00e0 sensibiliser les entreprises, les salari\u00e9s et les IRP \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 v\u00e9cue par les salari\u00e9s proches aidants (non-professionnels).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La formation met des images et des mots sur le quotidien souvent m\u00e9connu pour sortir du d\u00e9ni et du tabou qui entourent ces situations. Cette formation dynamique, ancr\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9el, centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des pratiques professionnelles, le dialogue social et la n\u00e9gociation collective peuvent aider \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer le soutien accord\u00e9 \u00e0 ce statut de salari\u00e9s proches aidants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette offre s\u2019appuie sur un court m\u00e9trage en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle \u00ab d\u2019un r\u00f4le \u00e0 l\u2019autre : reconna\u00eetre les salari\u00e9s aidants \u00bb qui marque une \u00e9tape importante dans notre volont\u00e9 d\u2019innover en mati\u00e8re de p\u00e9dagogie immersive. Les premiers retours obtenus des stagiaires ayant particip\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation nous encouragent \u00e0 poursuivre dans cette voie. (Taux de satisfaction de 9,5\/10 sur les formations 2025)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a training organization, we have developed a \u201cworking family caregivers\u201d training program through the combined expertise of three partners \u2014 OCIRP, Institut 4.10, and REVERTO. This program aims to raise awareness among companies, employees, and employee representatives about the realities faced by non-professional caregivers in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training gives words and images to a daily reality that is often misunderstood, helping to break denial and taboos surrounding these situations. Dynamic, grounded in real-life experience, and focused on evolving professional practices, social dialogue, and collective negotiation, it helps improve how organizations support employees with caregiving responsibilities. The program is built around a virtual reality short film, \u201cFrom One Role to Another: Recognizing Working Caregivers,\u201d marking a significant step in immersive learning innovation. Feedback from participants has been highly positive, with a satisfaction rate of 9.5\/10 for the 2025 sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
