Le G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le port\u00e9 par le Centre coll\u00e9gial d\u2019expertise en g\u00e9rontologie (CCEG) du C\u00e9gep de Drummondville, constitue le tout premier en sol qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec l\u2019appui de la Ville de Drummondville, Drummond \u00c9conomique et la Municipalit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale de comt\u00e9 de Drummond, il s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise du CCEG, un centre de recherche d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de projets de recherche-action, d\u2019accompagnements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et d\u2019offres de formation en partenariat avec des organisations offrant des services aux personnes a\u00een\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fort de cette base acad\u00e9mique et scientifique, Le G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le port\u00e9 par le CCEG vise \u00e0 stimuler la collaboration entre les milieux de la recherche, les organisations priv\u00e9es, publiques, sans but lucratif et gouvernementales, afin de co-construire des innovations sociales et technologiques permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique, l\u2019autonomie, le pouvoir d\u2019agir, l\u2019inclusion et la participation sociale des personnes a\u00een\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les initiatives ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019inclusion num\u00e9rique des personnes a\u00een\u00e9es et la collaboration interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle, notamment en milieu de travail figurent parmi les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques. Les services du G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le port\u00e9 par le CCEG comprennent des activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation, du d\u00e9veloppement de partenariats, d\u2019accompagnement des organisations et des activit\u00e9s de transfert de connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le led by the Centre coll\u00e9gial d\u2019expertise en g\u00e9rontologie (CCEG) at C\u00e9gep de Drummondville is the very first of its kind in Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created with the support of the City of Drummondville, Drummond \u00c9conomique, and the Regional County Municipality of Drummond, it builds on the expertise of the CCEG \u2014 a research center dedicated to action research projects, specialized support, and training programs developed in partnership with organizations serving older adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grounded in this academic and scientific foundation, the G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le aims to foster collaboration among research institutions, private and public organizations, nonprofits, and government bodies to co-develop social and technological innovations that enhance physical and psychological health, autonomy, empowerment, inclusion, and social participation among seniors. Its strategic priorities include promoting digital inclusion for older adults and intergenerational collaboration, particularly in workplace contexts. The G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le\u2019s services include awareness-raising activities, partnership development, organizational support, and knowledge transfer initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
