Acteur engag\u00e9 de la r\u00e9flexion et de l\u2019action sur le vivre bien et longtemps, il rassemble chercheurs, professionnels de sant\u00e9, institutions, entreprises et associations autour d\u2019un objectif commun : mieux comprendre, accompagner et anticiper les effets du vieillissement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, G\u00e9rond\u2019if s\u2019appuie sur quatre piliers compl\u00e9mentaires :
– Faire avancer la recherche dans toutes les dimensions du vieillissement, biologiques, cognitives, psychologiques, sociales ou soci\u00e9tales
– Former les professionnels de demain, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes de qualit\u00e9, certifi\u00e9s Qualiopi, ancr\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain
– Mener des actions de pr\u00e9vention, en promouvant des approches globales pour favoriser l\u2019autonomie et la qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges
– Identifier et \u00e9valuer des innovations technologiques et organisationnelles pertinentes, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer concr\u00e8tement la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, de leurs aidants ainsi que des professionnels mobilis\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created in 2016, G\u00e9rond\u2019if is a non-profit association recognized as being of public interest and serves as the G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le of the \u00cele-de-France region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A committed player in research and action for ageing well, it brings together researchers, healthcare professionals, institutions, companies, and associations around a shared goal: to better understand, support, and anticipate the effects of ageing. G\u00e9rond\u2019if\u2019s work is structured around four complementary pillars: advancing research across all dimensions of ageing (biological, cognitive, psychological, social, and societal); training future professionals through high-quality, Qualiopi-certified programs grounded in real-world practice; leading prevention initiatives to promote autonomy and quality of life at all ages; and identifying and evaluating relevant technological and organizational innovations to improve daily life for older adults, caregivers, and professionals. Through an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach, G\u00e9rond\u2019if initiates, leads, and supports large-scale projects dedicated to advancing healthy and fulfilling ageing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
