SYNACare est une startup à mission qui conçoit et opère SYNA Care by Design : un care manager virtuel couplé à un réseau social sécurisé et à une domotique éthique.
Notre plateforme relie personnes âgées et personnes en situation de handicap, familles, aidants et professionnels, pour prévenir les fragilités, réduire l’isolement et simplifier la coordination.
Ce que nous faisons :
• SYNA Care by Design : scénarios non intrusifs (absence de mouvement prolongée, température anormale, détection de chute, fumée avec coupure cuisson), notifications utiles, tableaux de bord aidants & pros, RGPD & privacy by design, interopérabilité API.
• Packs “Accès Liberté” (Essentiel / Premium) : kits domotiques prêts à poser (sécurité, confort, sobriété), intégrés par Domosud Technologies, interop Legrand / Legrand Care, maintenance et qualité de service incluses (supervision, mises à jour, support, engagements de délais).
• Ouverture territoriale : intégration dans les Agoras et logements inclusifs du modèle Les Synéos de l’Accessible (prévention, cafés aidants, médiation numérique, cuisine d’application, coworking-santé).
Au Festival, nous présentons : démonstration SYNA (réseau social sécurisé + scénarios), aperçu des tableaux de bord, et exposition des packs Accès Liberté (matériel, scénarios, maintenance). Statut : prototype V0 pour le déploiement domiciliaire ; pilotes en cours (Quinsac, Carcassonne) — retours d’usage à partir de fin 2026 ; ouverture à des investisseurs à impact (accélération produit & déploiements). (SYNACare porte la R&D et la commercialisation de SYNA et des packs Accès Liberté, en consortium avec SYNAVie (Voïthéa), Accessible Développement et Domosud Technologies.)

SYNA Care by Design features non-intrusive monitoring scenarios (prolonged inactivity, abnormal temperature, fall or smoke detection with cooking cut-off), useful notifications, dashboards for caregivers and professionals, GDPR compliance and privacy by design, and API interoperability.
Its “Accès Liberté” packs (Essential / Premium) offer ready-to-install smart home kits — focused on safety, comfort, and energy efficiency — integrated by Domosud Technologies, interoperable with Legrand / Legrand Care, and including maintenance, supervision, updates, and service quality commitments. SYNACare also integrates its solutions into inclusive living models like Les Synéos de l’Accessible, combining prevention, digital mediation, caregiving cafés, application kitchens, and health coworking spaces.
At the Festival, SYNACare presents a live demonstration of SYNA (secure social network + smart scenarios), dashboards preview, and the Accès Liberté packs. Currently at prototype stage (V0) for home deployment, pilot projects are underway in Quinsac and Carcassonne, with feedback expected by late 2026. SYNACare leads the R&D and commercialization of SYNA and the Accès Liberté packs in consortium with SYNAVie (Voïthéa), Accessible Développement, and Domosud Technologies, and is now open to impact investors for product acceleration and deployment.
